2020 Richland County Fair Sponsorship Opportunities

The Richland County Agricultural Society would like to offer the following “Sponsorship Opportunities” for the 2020 Richland County Fair. The Richland County Fair consists of a multitude of grandstand and walking events for the community during the weeklong event. Sponsorship levels vary according to amount given. All event sponsorships will be offered to previous years sponsor first. Sponsor of the Day: $2,500

This is a great way to display and/or demonstrate your products or services to thousands of fairgoers

  • “Sponsor of the Day Tent” located on the East side of the fairgrounds near the Red Barn from 9:00AM to 10:00PM to highlight your business
  • Sponsorship will include displaying your banners/products in the tent (20 x 40)
  • Hourly PSA announcement throughout the day (ex: Thank you for attending the 2020 Richland County Fair, today’s Sponsor of the Day is [Sponsor Name].)
  • 30 one day passes

Grandstand Event Sponsor

  • Sponsorship range from $1,000 – $25,000
  • You can pick which event to sponsor
  • Sponsorship will include displaying your name on all advertising for the event
  • Banners (provided by you) displayed the day of and during the event
  • PSA announcements during the event (Event sponsored by [Sponsor Name])
  • Depending on the amount paid, can receive up to 40 one day passes to use for any one day of the fair, a reserved section of 8 premium grandstand box seats for the night of the event and 10 general admission grandstand seats the night of the event.
  • Concert, Demolition Derby, Harness Racing, Rodeo and Tractor Pull are available

Nature Park Events

  • Price $800.00
  • Includes displaying your banner (provided by you) at the Nature Park Stage
  • PSA announcement during the event (event sponsored by [Sponsor Name])
  • Will receive up to 5 day passes for any day of the fair

Walking Ground Acts

  • Daily shows geared for children
  • Fire Safety- $6,500
  • Mr. Puppet – $3,500
  • Columbus Zoo – $1,000
  • PSA announcement noting event sponsorship
  • Will receive up to 10 day passes for any day of the fair

Kiddie Tractor Pull

  • Kiddie tractor pull is held in the Livestock Show Arena – $500

Ice Sponsorship

  • Ice to supply vendors and campers – $4,000

Golf Cart Sponsorship

  • Cost $200 for week – one cart
  • Cost $10,000 for the week – the entire fleet
  • Your company’s logo placed on “Fair Directors” golf carts for the week
  • Must be purchased one month before the fair

Year Long Grandstand Sponsor

  • 4×8 metal sign with your logo displayed on the back of the Fair Grandstands
  • Initial cost of $600 (for sign purchase and display) $500 for the following year if renewed
  • Must be purchased one month before the fair
