RICHLAND COUNTY AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY – WINTER STORAGE
Please remember Winter Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, nothing is guaranteed. All items will be measured by a Richland County Agricultural Society representative whether you have been with us for years or new. Rates will remain the same as last year, $12.00 per foot on dirt or $13.00 per foot on concrete, plus 7% Ohio Sales Tax. Please note, that we measure from the front (hitch) to the furthest point of your camper/vehicle/boat/etc. (example: point of hitch to the spare tire). In the event, that your camper/vehicle/boat/etc. is longer than paid for, you will have thirty (30) days from the drop off to pay the remaining balance. Failure to do so may result in being banned from future storage.
Winter parking take-in will be on Saturday, October 24, 2026, and Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. These are the only take-in dates available. When you arrive at the fairgrounds check in at the office. Once checked in, you will be given a tag. Please make sure the tag is completed and then attached to your jack. At this point, you will be instructed where to park your camper. Please remove the battery and make sure all propane tanks are turned off. A Richland County Agricultural Society representative will park your camper/vehicle/boat/etc.
Winter parking take-out will be on Saturday, April 10, 2027, starting at 8:00 AM. Please advise us if your camper/vehicle/boat/etc. must be removed from the fairgrounds on April 10, 2027. A late fee of $25.00 per day shall be assessed to any camper/vehicle/boat/etc. not picked up on April 10, 2027. This late fee shall be paid before the unit leaves the fairgrounds. Failure to do so may result in being banned from future storage.
The declaration page of your insurance is required at the time you bring your unit in.
There is no early removal of your camper/vehicle/boat/etc. However, if your unit must be removed from winter storage before April 10, 2027, there is an additional cost of $500.00, which must be paid prior to removing the unit.
