The Richland County Agricultural Society is thrilled to announce that the planning for the 175th Richland County Fair, taking place August 3 – 9, 2025 is officially underway! We are now in full fundraising mode and are excited to make this year’s event one of the best yet.

Sponsor of the Day – $2,500.00
- Sponsorship will include the opportunity to display your banners/products highlighting your business in the designated tent (20 x 40 ) located on the East side of the fairgrounds near the Red Barn from 9am – 1-pm
- Your Name listed on Facebook as the Sponsor of the Day and on our website as a sponsor
- Hourly PSA announcement throughout the day (ex: Thank-you for attending the 2025 Richland Fair, today’s Sponsor of the Day is (Sponsor Name)
- 10% of investment back in choice of tickets and/or space rental for the fair
Grandstand Event Sponsor – $2,000 – $20,000
- Sponsor whole event and your name will be on the event tickets
- Sponsorship will include displaying your name on all advertising for the event
- Banners provided by the sponsor will be displayed the day of and during the event
- PSA announcements the day of and during the event (Event sponsored by (Sponsor Name))
- Your name listed as an event sponsor on Facebook and on our website as a sponsor
- The option of giving something away at the sponsored grandstand event to ticket holders
- Event available for sponsorship opportunities: Harness Racing, Demolition Derby, Rodeo, Truck Pull, Moto-cross, Christian Concert
- 10% of investment back in choice of tickets and/or space rental for the fair
COTPC Tractor Pull – $1,000 – $20,000
- Sponsorship will include displaying your name n advertising for the event
- PSA announcements the day of and during the event (Event sponsored by (Sponsor Name))

- 10% of investment back in choice of tickets and/or space rental for the fair
Nature Park Events – $250 – $700
- Banners provided by the sponsor will be displayed at the Nature Park Stage
- PSA announcement during the event (event sponsored by (Sponsor Name))
- Your name listed on Facebook as the event sponsor and on our website as a sponsor
- 10% of investment back in choice of tickets and/or space rental for the fair
Kid’s Day Sponsorship – $200 – $5,000
- Banners provided by the sponsor displayed the day of and during the event
- Your name listed on Facebook as the Event sponsor and on our website as a sponsor
- Hourly PSA announcement throughout the day (ex: Thank you for attending the 2025 Richland County Fair, today’s festivities sponsored in part by (Sponsor Name)
- 10% of investment back in choice of tickets and/or space rental for the fair
Golf Cart Sponsorship – $200 per cart or $9,000 for the fleet
- Company logo placed on “Fair Directors” golf cart for the week
- Sponsor the fleet for the week and Your company logo placed on all “Fair Directors” and “fair shuttles” for the week
- 10% of investment back in choice of tickets and/or space rental for the fair
Year Long Grandstand Sponsor – Minimum of 2 year commitment
- 4×8 metal sign with your logo display on the back of the Fair Grandstands
- Initial cost of $600 (for sign purchase and display) for the first year
- $500 for the following year
- 10% of investment back in choice of tickets and/or space rental for the fair
General Fair Sponsorship – No Donation is Too Small
- Sponsorship will include recognition on our website and announced during the fair with a $100 minimum donation
- 10% of investment back in choice of tickets and/or space rental for the fair
