2024 Richland County Fair Sponsorship Opportunities
The Richland County Agricultural Society would like to offer the following “Sponsorship Opportunities” for 2024 Richland County Fair. The Richland County Fair consists of a multitude of grandstand and walking events for the community during the week long event. Sponsorship levels vary according to amount given. All event sponsorships will be offered to previous years sponsor first. Sponsor of the Day: $2,500
This is a great way to display and/or demonstrate your products or services to thousands of fairgoers
- Sponsorship will include the opportunity to display your banners/products highlighting your business in the designated tent (20 x 40) new location for 2024 from 9a.m. to 10p.m.
- Your name listed on Facebook as the Sponsor of the Day and on our website as a sponsor
- Hourly PSA announcement throughout the day (ex: Thank you for attending the 2024 Richland County Fair, today’s Sponsor of the Day is [Sponsor Name].)
- 10% of investment back in choice of tickets and/or space rental for the fair
Grandstand Event Sponsor – Up to $15,000.00
- Sponsor whole event and your name will be on the event tickets
- Sponsorship will include displaying your name on all advertising for the event
- Banners provided by the sponsor will be displayed the day of and during the event
- PSA announcements the day of and during the event (Event sponsored by [Sponsor Name])
- Your name listed as an event sponsor on Facebook and on our website as a sponsor
- The option of giving something away at the sponsored grandstand event to ticket holders
- Events available for sponsorship opportunities: Harness Racing, Demolition Derby, Rodeo, Truck/County Tractor Pull, Motor Cross
- 10% of investment back in choice of tickets and/or space rental for the fair
Nature Park/Red Barn Event Sponsor – Up to $700.00
- Banners provided by the sponsor will be displayed at the Nature Park Stage
- PSA announcement during the event (Event sponsored by [Sponsor Name])
- Your Name Listed on Facebook as the event sponsor and on our website as a sponsor
- 10% of investment back in choice of tickets and/or space rental for the fair
Special Attractions – Up to $50,000.00
- These shows appeal to people of all ages. They are fun filled, crowd interactive events, aimed especially for the children, but the adults love them too! Bleachers available at most show to display banners.
- Events available for sponsorship opportunities: Bear Hollow Wood Carvers, Wild World of Animals, Pirates of the Colombian Caribbean, No Harm on the Farm & Kids Jumpin’ Jamboree, COSI
- Banners provided by the sponsor will be displayed the day of and during the event
- Your name listed on Facebook as the event sponsor and on our website as a sponsor
- PSA announcement noting event sponsorship
- 10% of investment back in choice of tickets and/or space rental for the fair
Fireworks Sponsor – Up to $6,000.00
- Banners provided by the sponsor displayed the day of and during the event
- Your name listed on Facebook as the event sponsor and on our website as a sponsor
- Hourly PSA announcement throughout the day (ex: Thank you for attending the 2024 Richland County Fair, today’s festivities sponsored in part by [Sponsor Name])
- 10% of investment back in choice of tickets and/or space rental for the fair
Kid’s Day Sponsor – Up to $5,000
- Banners provided by the sponsor displayed the day of and during the event
- Your name listed on Facebook as the event sponsor and on our website as a sponsor
- Hourly PSA announcement throughout the day (ex: Thank you for attending the 2024 Richland County Fair, today’s festivities sponsored in part by [Sponsor Name])
- 10% of investment back in choice of tickets and/or space rental for the fair
Golf Cart Sponsorship – $200 per cart or $9,000 for the fleet
- Company logo placed on “Fair Directors” golf cart for the week
- Sponsor the fleet for the week and your company logo placed on all “Fair Directors” and “Fair Shuttles” for the week
- 10% of investment back in choice of tickets and/or space rental for the fair
Year Long Grandstand Sponsor – Minimum of 2 year commitment
- 4×8 metal sign with your logo displayed on the back of the Fair Grandstands
- Initial cost of $600.00 (for sign purchase and display) for the first year
- $500 for the following year
- 10% of investment back in choice of tickets and/or space rental for the fair
General Fair Sponsorship – No Donation is Too Small
- Sponsorship will include recognition on our website and announced during the fair with a $100 minimum donation
- 10% of investment back in choice of tickets and/or space rental for the fair
